Returns: If you wish to return an item for any reason and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is justified by a valid product defect or misrepresentation.

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 30 days of delivery by sending an email to hello@theronity.com, including photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement if available, or issue a full refund if we cannot provide a replacement.

Refund Exceptions: Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

Unclaimed packages not picked up by the customer from local post offices or lockers.

Delivery delays beyond our control, such as those due to customs or logistical issues, especially when items are intended for specific occasions.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Proof of Quality: In cases of damage or quality concerns, please email us photographic evidence. These images are crucial for documentation and help us enhance our quality assurance processes.

Processing Returns: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address via email. Please drop off the package at your nearest post office.

Refunds: Should a refund be issued, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the transaction to process and for funds to reflect in your bank account.
